The form must be submitted (AND payment received) by Monday, October 14th. The form will no longer accept answers after Monday, October 14th.

Please make sure to send payment in with your student by Friday, October 11th at the latest. If we have receive a form but have not received payment the books cannot be ordered.

Please note – all dollar amounts in the catalogs are CANADIAN dollars. The exchange rate fluctuates day-to-day, so it is hard to say exactly what the exchange rate will be at the time the order is placed.

To pay in US dollars: add up your total Canadian dollars from the catalog(s). Multiply by .76. The answer is what you should send to school in US dollars. There is also the option to receive a PayPal invoice from the LNFI PTO for payment (a processing fee will be added)This may mean that you are paying slightly more or less than the current rate. If it is less, LNFI will cover the difference.
